Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: cancel at least 24 hours before your consultation for a full refund. No questions asked.
Free consultations are complimentary and require no payment. You may cancel or not attend at any time without any charge.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation for any reason, you will receive a full refund or an alternative time slot — your choice. We will notify you as early as possible.
If, during or after your paid consultation, we determine that your case is outside the scope of our services and we are unable to assist you, we will charge a 10% assessment fee and refund the remaining 90%. This covers the time spent reviewing your situation.
To cancel or request a refund, reply to your booking confirmation email or contact us through the form on our website. Please include your name and the date of your booking. We process refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We issue the refund immediately on our side — the processing delay is set by your financial institution.
