Refund & Cancellation

In short: cancel at least 24 hours before your consultation for a full refund. No questions asked.

1. Free consultations

Free consultations are complimentary and require no payment. You may cancel or not attend at any time without any charge.

2. Paid consultations — cancellation window

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled time: full refund, no fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no extra charge by contacting us before the appointment. A second reschedule request is subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
  • No-show (no prior notice): non-refundable.

3. Cancellations by Easy Help Switzerland

If we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation for any reason, you will receive a full refund or an alternative time slot — your choice. We will notify you as early as possible.

4. Case assessment — 10% rule

If, during or after your paid consultation, we determine that your case is outside the scope of our services and we are unable to assist you, we will charge a 10% assessment fee and refund the remaining 90%. This covers the time spent reviewing your situation.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

To cancel or request a refund, reply to your booking confirmation email or contact us through the form on our website. Please include your name and the date of your booking. We process refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).

6. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We issue the refund immediately on our side — the processing delay is set by your financial institution.
