1. About the service

Easy Help Switzerland is a personal relocation consulting service operated by Polina Kravtsova, based in Zürich, Switzerland. We provide guidance on Swiss administrative procedures, permit types, and relocation planning. By booking a consultation or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Not legal advice

Our services are informational and advisory in nature. Easy Help Switzerland is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. If your situation requires formal legal representation before a Swiss authority or court, we will refer you to a licensed lawyer. Any information we provide does not constitute legal advice.

3. Consultations and bookings

  • Consultations are conducted online, by phone, or in person in Zürich, depending on the option you select at booking.
  • After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. A specific date and time will be arranged with you individually.
  • Free consultations are subject to availability and may be scheduled within 1–3 business days.
  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a consultation at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued if payment was made.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of any applicable fees. Payment is due at the time of booking. We do not store your card information.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If we assess that we cannot assist with your case, a 10% assessment fee applies and the remainder is refunded.

6. Accuracy of information

Swiss laws and administrative procedures change regularly. While we make every effort to provide current and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all content is fully up to date at the time of your consultation. You are responsible for verifying any information with the relevant Swiss authority.

7. Limitation of liability

Easy Help Switzerland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

8. Force majeure

Easy Help Switzerland shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or other events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a rescheduled session or a full refund.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zürich, Switzerland.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
